I’ve been a customer for 7 years and have had only excellent experiences with Pioneer Alarm. They’re very responsive and knowledgeable. This weekend the motion detector they installed in my restaurant detected a fire in my restaurant. I got a phone call right away from Pioneer and they contacted the fire department. THIS INSURANCE COMPANY HARASSED ME FOR SEVERAL DAYS AND MONTHS ABOUT HOW THIS SENIOR BURIAL POLICY COULD HELP SAVE ME AND MY FAMILY BURIAL FUNDS. ALTHOUGH I HAD STATED TO THEM THAT I DID NOT NEED ANYMORE COVERAGE. AND ONE ONE DAY THE TWO OF THE AGENTS CAUGHT ME OF GUARD AND TOLD ME THAT THIS COVERAGE WOULD START ACCUMULATING FUNDS IN CASE I HAD A FAMILY EMERGENCY RIGHT AWAY. WHICH TODAY I JUST ENDED THIS POLICY AFTER 18 MONTHS AT $44.87 PER MONTH. FUNDS THAT I COULD HAVE JUST KEPT IN A SAVINGS ACCOUNT.  GONE IN THIN AIR!! WITH THE AGENTS NEVER GIVING THEIR NAMES WHEN ANSWERING YOUR CALLS AND ME GETTING RIPPED OFF FOR $807.66 AND STATING THEY WILL MAIL ME A CHECK FOR $22.00. THESE ARE JUST FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES AT ITS BEST. AND I WILL BE PROVIDING THE INSURANCE COMMISSION WITH MORE DETAILS ABOUT THE RECORDED TELEPHONE LIES TO CONTINUE TO FRAUDULENT TAKE MY FUNDS . WITH LIES THAT MY FUNDS WOULD STARTUP ACCUMULATING WITHIN THE FIRST 90 DAYS TO BUILD UP IN CASE I NEEDED A LOAN FOR AN EMERGENCY OR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES IS WHO THEY ARE AND THERE'S NO DOUBT ABOUT HOW MANY MORE SENIORS THIS COMPANY IS ABUSING IN THIS BUSINESS PRACTICES. Customer service at Pioneer Security is absolutely OUTSTANDING! As a new customer, I was extremely impressed by the personalized assistance I received to discuss options regarding the upgrade capability of my existing 23 year old system (that was installed by company which is no longer in business). I spoke to the owner, Mr. Feldman, directly who made sure my specific concerns/questions were addressed and answered. That is something that doesn’t happen every day! Subsequently, when I had an urgent request for service yesterday because of something dumb that I did (through no fault of Pioneer I might add), they had a technician at my house within an hour!! We have been using Pioneer Security for many years - Howard and the Team at Pioneer are capable, knowledgeable and responsive. The customer service is exceptional and extremely helpful. The site staff are courteous and know what they are doing. We have never had an issue with installation. Pioneer provides security and monitoring on two (2) buildings. Most recently we installed two (2) outdoor video cameras that are are guard monitored 24/7 (outside of normal business hours). We are very happy with the install and capabilities. The cameras are detailed and the app used is exceptional. Pioneer is highly recommended.
